Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in the United States, the organization’s membership exceeds 358,000 in more than 16,800 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

Sixty percent of Fortune 500 companies and many leading academic institutions have in-house Toastmasters clubs to help employees and students work on diverse leadership and communication skills. In Nepal, the Toastmasters movement has recently gained momentum with many corporate houses starting to have in-house clubs as a part of their human resource and employee engagement program. To encourage this momentum and help ensure that professionals in Nepal are acquainted with the benefits of globally recognized educational programs curated by Toastmasters International, we are constantly trying to create programs where these members work together with communities.
