Jenny Manandhar
Area Director
Jenny Manandhar is the Area O3 director of Division O for the term 2020-2021. Previously, she has served as the program quality director (PQD) for Area A4 for 2019-2020. She is also the Charter President at Rato Bangala Toastmasters club 2018-2019. A devoted and enthusiastic toastmaster since 2018, her home club is Rato Bangala toastmasters club. She believes toastmasters is a platform where practice your communication and leadership skills and be confident in your professional career. This is an organisation which helps us to stay positive and make connections with likeminded people. Professionally, TM Jenny has been an educator since 2004. Currently she is working as the unit 1 coordinator at Rato Bangala School and looks after the primary wing. She is empathetic and loves to work with students. She feels she is driven when she connects with her students and staff. She enjoys her friend’s company and loves to dance and cook.
Dilip Rana
Area Program Quality Director
TM Dilip Rana has dedicated more than two decades in the field of education holding different portfolios in reputed institutions. His strength stems from his experience of working directly as a college lecturer, coordinator and principal. He has gained good knowledge about the education in K12, A LEVELS, Undergraduate, graduate and M.Phil as he has been involved in it in the capacity of a teacher and also profoundly at the management level. He believes learning is an ongoing process and one should embrace it. He also thrives to be humble .
He believes toastmasters is a beautiful platform to be with friends. He has been in the journey of toastmasters for two years and asserts that he has learned immensely from it.
Amar Dip Kaur
Area Club Growth Director
Dynamic Toastmaster Amar Dip Kaur from Rato Bangala Toastmasters Club is agog about travelling to new places, experimenting with new food and music. She is resilient towards her overall development. She is a passionate teacher by profession and currently teaching in Rato Bangala School.
Her Toastmasters journey started two years back. She has since then served her club as Secretary and SAA in the executive committee and is currently the Club Growth Director for Area 3 Division O.
Monita Gurung
Area PR Manager
TM Monita Gurung is the Public Relations Manager of Area O3 for the term 2020-21. A member since 2018, her home club is Rato Bangala Toastmasters club. She is glad to have served as the VP PR(2019-20) of RBTM and luxuriated design conceptualization. A business graduate from KU, by profession she is a Children’s Literature Publisher at Rato Bangala Kitab. Along with publishing books she is also the Idea hamster and Festival Coordinator for Bal Sahitya Mahotsav, an annual Children’s Literature Festival in Nepal. She strongly advocates equal opportunity for authors and illustrators and is passionate about publishing inclusive children literature for diverse audiences. She also works as an event planner and indulges her free time in practicing Zentangle and Heena art.
Sandeep Khatri
Area Secretary
Toastmaster Sandeep is embarking on a new journey at the toastmaster’s leadership with his role as Area Secretary of Area O3 for the term 2020-21. His home club is Chitwan Landmark Toastmasters Club where he serves as the Vice President – Education. He believes Toastmasters is a hub where we can transform ourselves to become a better communicator and a leader.
Professionally, he is a Certified Counselor specializing in Higher Education and an independent researcher.
Prayas Shrestha
Area Treasurer
TM Prayas Shrestha is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Information System Auditor by profession. He has experience in audit, financial, business and tax consultation for more than 10 years. He has served as Consultant and Chief Finance Officer in a reputed organization of the country. As he believes learning is a never-ending process, he is also pursuing law and economics from Tribhuvan University. He is the member of ACAN Toastmasters club since 2019 and currently serves as the Treasurer for his club (2020-2021).
Toastmasters is a kaizen club and a beautiful platform where one can learn by doing. Even though it’s been only 1 year of his toastmasters’ journey but the learning in this 1 year is immense and he is more enthusiast to learn more from the toastmaster’s fraternity.
